Farm Policies & FAQ

Cash Policy: On the farm we do not accept cash. We accept debit/credit card as a form of payment! 

Refund Policy: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please note that we are an outdoor business which means we are weather reliant and may close due to weather for the safety of our guests & employees. 

Does everything stay open until close? Our corn maze closes 30 minutes prior to closing time. For the safety of all of our staff and guests, The Big Tex will close at dark on Saturdays.

Photography Policy: All photographers and their clients (ages 3 & up) are required to have an admission pass to the farm during our festival dates only. We ask that you are respectful of other guests. No drones or large equipment like flashes are allowed. Clothing must be worn at all times.

Outside Food Policy: We do not allow outside food nor drinks. Guests will be asked to return food to their vehicles or to throw away. Come hungry! We have tons of delicious food and drink options. 

Are you handicap and stroller accessible? Yes, our maze paths are five foot wide and maze grounds are flat. Please keep in mind our facilities and maze are outdoors. There is grass, dirt pathways and the ground may be uneven at times. We have a wheelchair accessible port-a-potty on site.

Smoking Policy: Absolutely NO smoking and NO electronic cigarettes (this includes vaping, juuling, and any other form of electronic cigarette). We do not tolerate smoking ANYWHERE on our property (this includes our parking lot).

Animal Policy: Only services animals are allowed on the farm!

Who needs an admission pass? To enter the grounds, everyone ages 3 & up is required a pass.

What age is the farm for? One of the wonderful things about the Rockin’ K Farms is the fact that it offers something that everyone can enjoy, from babies to grandparents. Our goal is to make sure everyone in your group leaves with memories they will cherish and can continue to create year after year.

Big Tex Slide Guidelines: 

  • Slide closes at dark on Saturdays

  • Obey height & health restrictions, safety rules, verbal instructions, & recorded announcements

  • Minimum height limit to ride is 42"

  • Maximum one person per tube

  • Secure all loose articles (cell phones, cameras, hats, etc.)

  • All articles of clothing & loose-fitting accessories must be secured before riding (hats, flowing headwear, etc.)

  • Remain seated, face forward

  • Children must be able to hold themselves upright & stable

  • Keeps arms & legs inside tube close to your body

  • Hold on to the tube safety handles

  • Exit slide lane area with your tube quicly after ride

  • Shirts, shoes, & shorts must be worn

  • No running

  • No smoking

  • Not wheelchair accessible

  • If in doubt, DO NOT RIDE

  • No one under 42" allowed on ramp or deck platform for slide

  • Only 6 people allowed on slide deck at a time, plus 2 employees

  • Tubes are large, this is for your safety

  • Ramps going up to slide, no more than 4 people on each level at a time

  • Please be courteous of others

  • No pushing or running

  • When exiting the slide, please pick up and return tube at the exit area
