PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY:
VISITOR, INDIVIDUAL OR FAMILY PHOTOGRAPHY
Rockin’ K Farms is a beautiful, open air, country location for photography. We welcome guest snapshots. Please note: photography utilizing a professional photographer require additional fees discussed in next section. We highly value our visitors and want to ensure a pleasant experience for them. Rockin’ K Farms guests are welcome in all public areas. As a courtesy, if a guest is asked by another guest not to take pictures of that person or others accompanying that person, the request must be honored to protect personal rights of privacy. If a picture has already been taken, it must be deleted upon request.
PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY
To shoot professionally on dates the farm is open to the general public, photographers are required to check-in at the Rockin' K Farms office.
FEES
ONE HOUR SINGLE CLIENT SESSION – $100
THREE HOUR MULTIPLE CLIENT SESSION – $350
**Fees will be collected upon arrival.**
All guests, ages 2+ years old, must pay general admission entry. Photographer could include in cost of session and purchase tickets at a group rate discount for their clients.
CHECK-IN & ENTRY
Upon arrival, photographers must sign-in and register the photo session at the farm office. Photographer will provide their photo I.D to be left on-file during the shoot and will be given a lanyard that must be worn during sessions. Photographer (1) will not have to pay admission. All session participants must be present and enter as a group.
* We require that photographers don’t ask our employees to pose or to stop their work. Please, ask permission from staff members before taking picture of them.
* Get permission in writing from us before posting any images with our business/farm name or with hashtags/filters.
* Fee payment may be made by cash, business check or credit card. Checks should be made payable to Rockin’ K Farms. Payment will be collected upon arrival.
* If inclement weather causes Farm to be closed, every effort will be made to reschedule those sessions.
* Please be respectful of our guests and do not ask them to move, or interfere with their experience. If you would like the perfect picture please wait for the space available.
* If interested in bringing props to set up an area can be used at the corner of the maze away from the entrance to give a backdrop. Our staff will show you exact location.
